1. No Refund Policy for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded or accessed. According to Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that is delivered electronically once the download or streaming process has begun. By purchasing a digital product from us, you acknowledge and agree that you waive your right to withdraw from the contract once access to the product has been provided.

To ensure that you can evaluate the quality of our digital products before purchase, we offer a free sample product that allows you to experience part of the content at no cost.

2. Subscription Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our subscription service can be cancelled at any time, ensuring that no further transactions will be made once a cancellation request has been processed. However, no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle if a subscription has already started for the month. The subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. By subscribing, you agree to these terms, in line with EU consumer protection regulations, which do not require businesses to refund partially used subscription periods if explicitly stated in the policy.

3. Exceptions and Legal Compliance

In cases of technical errors that prevent access to a purchased digital product or subscription service, we encourage customers to reach out to our support team for assistance. If an issue is determined to be on our side, we will work towards a resolution, which may include reactivating access or issuing a store credit, where applicable.

This Refund and Return Policy is drafted in compliance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, as well as GDPR (EU) 2016/679 where applicable.
